Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Prepare manual invoices (for around 50 inter company and 3rd party customers in Asia Pacific)
- Account for customer settlement
- Handle inquiry from internal customers
- Prepare Balance Sheet reconciliations
Requirements:
- Diploma holder or above in Finance or Accounting, or relevant professional qualifications.
- 3 years or above proven experience in financial accounting majoring in accounts payable, preferably in the retail industry.
- Attention to details, Positive Attitude, Self motivated and can work under pressure.
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics D365
- Excellent in MS Excel
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Immediate available preferred
