A well-established International Law Firm in Central with outstanding reputation in market is currently hiring an experienced and responsible Accounts Officer for the Hong Kong Finance team.

The Opportunity

This is an all-rounded accounting role. Reporting to Finance Manager in a team of 9, the main responsibilities of this role will include but not limit to: -

• Providing full spectrum of accounting support to the Senior Accountants and Manager
• Closely working with the billing coordinator and other legal secretaries in order to update the invoicing record on the accounting system
• Handling the general AR and AP process
• Managing the petty cash and preparing the related reports
• Preparing monthly statements
• Assisting in month end closing if necessary
• Ad hoc administrative support to the team

The Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate should have the following requirements:

• Degree holder preferably major in Accountancy
• Qualified or Semi qualified with ACCA / CFA / CPA
• At least 3 years working experience in general accounting work
• Good team player with good communication ability in both Chinese and English
• Advanced level of MS Excel usage
• Candidates with law firm background will be considered first
