Responsibilities:

• Perform daily routine accounting including A/P or A/R duties
• Prepare vouchers and general ledger entries
• Prepare the daily bank balance, reconciliation and transaction report
• Prepare and reconcile inter-company transactions
• Handle Accounting entries
• Other ad-hoc tasks as required
  

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Accountancy or Finance
• Minimum 2 - 4 years’ experience in Accounting (Beauty industry is an advantage)
• Rich experience in handling management accounts
• Proactive, detail-minded, responsible and can-do attitude
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
• Immediately available is a highly preferred
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Assistant Accountant
