We are hiring on behalf of one of our member's firms, a retail company, for a HR & Admin Officer.

Position Summary

The HR & Admin Officer is responsible for managing the daily support for the retail stores in Hong Kong. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:- 

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: 

• Recruitment
• Handle compensation and benefit administration such as monthly payroll calculation, final payments, MPF administration, leave management, attendance record, and salary review
• Maintenance of HR records
• Co-ordination of staff activities, welfare
• To comply with the statutory requirement as set-out by the labour department
• Conduct induction and exit interview with joiners and leavers
• Be responsible for all local administration matters and handle enquiries from colleagues
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:- 

• Diploma/University in Human Resources Management or related discipline
• Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in human resources preferably gained in retail industry
• Well versed in the Employment Ordinance and other related statutory regulations
• Open-minded, out-spoken and possess a “can-do” attitude
• Enjoy dealing with people
• Adventurous, flexible and ready to advance your career
• Good command of both written and spoken Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin) and English
