Responsibilities 

• Handle all incoming calls and divert to relevant parties
• Greet guests and visitors in a professional and polite manner
• Serve as a primary point of contact for the office, answer questions and direct requests to appropriate parties
• Arrange fax, email, mailing and courier service
• Responsible for office administration duties including office supplies replenishment, office equipment maintenance, communication with management office etc
• Prepare monthly usage reports (courier cost, telephone bills, expenses)
• Assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned
• 5-days weeks (Mon-Fri), 8:30 AM to 5:45 PM

 Requirements 

• Form 5 or above with 3 years experience in receptionist role, experience in handling office administration is an advantage
• Detail-minded, well-organized, independent and courteous
• Good command of English and Chinese
• Good PC knowledge, Excel, Word
