Responsibilities:
- Provide Business-to-Business account servicing and sales support;
- Understand customer requirements and set service standards;
- Support for routine sales activities;
- Internal coordination with different department to complete the sales services;
- Be a reliable single contact point to customer for effective service;
- Ad hoc assignments as required.
Requirements:
- At least a degree holder with any disciplines;
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service, especially for those who have experience in handling corporate customer and after-sale service will be a definite advantage;
- Good personality with good communication skills;
- Positive, passionate, self-motivated, patience, and able to work independently;
- Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English, Mandarin is advantage;
- Immediate availability preferred;
- Fresh graduate is welcome.
- Less experience will be considered as Assistant Account Service Officer
