Responsibilities:

• Perform all-rounded HR functions 
• Maintain the HRIS system and personnel filing system
• Assist in review and implementation of HR policies and practices
• Participate in organization of staff activities and company event 
• Provide support to Administration Department
• Perform ad-hoc assignments and HR projects as required

 Requirements:

• Diploma or above in human resources, business administration or related disciplines;
• At least 3 years of relevant experience;
• Well-versed in HK Employment Ordinance and other related legislation;
• Proactive, well organized and detail oriented, good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin) ;
• Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
• Immediate available is highly preferred.
