Task Ratio : 60% of Daily Office Admin Operations + 20% of Receptionist Duties + 10% of Vendors Sourcing

As an Administration Assistant, you will:-

  • Directly report to Administration Manager;
  • Participate in daily office administration duties, such as office supplies procurement, fixed assets in-out records management, renovation projects etc;
  • Liaise with internal parties and external parties, i.e. suppliers, vendors, services provider, etc.;
  • Deputize receptionist (Concierge Officer) duties from time-to-time as required; and
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior.

It would be wonderful if:-

  • You have about 1 to 2 years worked in office administration field, experiences in renovation project or equipped with vendors sourcing or procurement would be an advantage;
  • You are a cheerful, playful & open-minded person who are willing to participate into a semi-startup company;
  • You can handle and complete tasks independently and actively; and
  • You are a detail-oriented, time-manageable and will-to-learn personalities who are willing to develop yourself in office admin field; 
  • You can speak fluently in Cantonese and Mandarin, good command in English will be a great plus; and
  • You can report for duties immediately or in short-period is a MUST.
