Job Requirements

• University graduate in HR Management, Training or related disciplines
• 6 years or above experience in managing corporate training programs
• Prior exposure in sizable organizations and training delivery is required
• Self-motivated, independent, resourceful with strong organization skills
• Well-versed in using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and HRIS system
• Proficient in communication of both English and Mandarin
• Immediate available is highly preferred

Job Responsibilities

• Identify training needs and design talent development programs for business needs
• Provide support on delivery training programs and develop efficient training plans
• Responsible for training programs sourcing and selections with external consultants
• Handle learning materials development, schedule arrangement and record maintenance
• Review the feedback of various training programs for further planning and improvement
