Job Responsibilities: 

1. Assist in for full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment & selection, learning & development, performance reviewing, compensation & benefit, employee announcements,liaise and maintain good relationship with all internal and external parties for HR related matters, business supervision, etc; 
2. Assist in improving HR regulations and policies and implement best practices;

Job Requirements: 

1. Degree holder in any disciplines; 
2. 1 -2 years working experiences, welcome fresh graduated
3. Good knowledge in Hong Kong employment ordinance and other statutory regulations related to employment, regulations and policies of salary systems, stuffing policy, insurance and benefits, training, etc.  
4. Good communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational and analytical skills 
5. Good writing skills, and has relevant experience in building organizational culture, formatting training & development policy  

任職要求： 

1. 本科以上學歷;
2. 1-2年工作經驗，歡迎應屆畢業生
3. 了解中港兩地關於勞工合同、薪金制度、用人機制、保險福利待遇、培訓等方面的法律法規及政策； 
4. 具有良好的溝通、協調、組織能力及分析判斷能力； 
5. 具有良好的文案策劃及寫作能力，具有公司文化建設、培訓體系建設等相關經驗；
