The Group developed various businesses such as Retail, F&B, Property Development, Technology, eCommerce, Construction and Investment.

You are one of the HRBP team players to support a business portfolio for the Group to ensure HR strategy fits into the overall business strategy.

Responsibilities

• Support full spectrum of HR functions including but not limited to recruitment, compensation & benefits, talent management and performance management
• Assist in formulating and implementing HR policies and procedures to ensure that they are aligned with local legislation requirements and business goals
• Explore effective recruitment channels (websites, social media platforms, career seminars, jobs fairs, referral programs and etc) and propose strategies to attract talents
• Prepare HR reports for management review
• Perform ad hoc assignments

Requirements

• Degree holder in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or related disciplines
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in human resources preferably gained in sizable firm or fast-paced environment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work independently
• Well-versed with Employment Ordinance
• Proactive, highly self-motivated with positive attitude
• Proficient with MS Office, Chinese Word Processing and Excel functions (vlookup, pivot table and etc)
• Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese
• Experience in HRIS implementation project is a plus
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
