With the expansion of our HR team, we’re looking for a HR Associate to join our multicultural team. If you think that you’re sharing the same value - come and join us!

 

What you’ll be doing:

  • Responsible for day-to-day operations of the Human Resources functions and duties
  • Maintain, update and ensure accuracy of all HR records, systems, user guides and internal policies
  • Become our HR contact point over the MPF, Group Medical Plan, Visa Renewal, etc
  • Complete a variety of employment letters (e.g. confirmations letter, oversea work visa application letter, promotion letter, salary adjustment letter, etc.)
    Onboarding: greeting our new hires! Going through our company background, employee handbook with them on their 1st day
  • Offboarding: conducting and analyzing exit interviews and creating process and experience improvements based on findings
  • Assisting in work visa applications and renewals when necessary 
  • Performing backup support to Recruiting, other duties and projects that may be assigned by manager from time to time

 

We’re looking for: 

  • Fresh graduates with strong desires to learn and grow are very welcome!
  • Undergraduate degree, preferably in Business Administration or Human Resources Management
  • Quick-learner, strong attention to detail, organise, patience, excellent time management skills
  • Strong sense of ethics and personal integrity, able to handle confidential and sensitive information with good care
  • Able to work independently but also being a great team player, willingness to offer extra help
  • Good listener and good communicator, enjoy working with people from different background and cultures
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially in Excel
  • Advanced written and spoken English is a must, extra language skill in Cantonese/Mandarin is nice to have.
