RESPONSIBILITIES

• Clerical support in preparing technical quotations and proposals for AV systems projects / tenders
• Understand the material requirements of each project and prepare material submission list
• Assist and support the Project Director in all aspect of project administrative and coordination work
• Assist the proper filing system, control the incoming and outgoing correspondence for further follow up and easy reference
• Ad hoc tasks may be assigned

 REQUIREMENTS

• Higher Diploma holder or above
• 2-3 years’ experience in office administration, with project administration / site administration experience will be an advantage
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese
• Proficiency in MS Excel / Word / PowerPoint
• Keen on searching information from the internet
• Detail minded, self-motivated with initiative and a strong sense of responsibility
• Immediate available or report duty with short notice
