Responsibilities:

• Provide all – rounded support to Director including business and Personal matters
• Assist on projects follow up and to work with different parties to meet new project timelines
• Assist Director on daily operations, project management, market research and documentation
• Meet tight deadline independently
• Carry out ad hoc projects when required

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above
• 2 years' working experiences in corporate setting (Fresh graduate is welcome)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese (including Cantonese and Putonghua) and English
• Must be highly detail-oriented with excellent project management skills
• Have the ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage a busy workload
• Immediate available is preferred
