Responsibilities:

• Support various HR functions, including but not limited to talent acquisition & staffing, compensation & benefits, training and development, employee relations etc
• Facilitate onboarding procedures to enhance employee experience
• Initiate and organize staff engagement activities
• Compile Internal Newsletter, periodic and ad hoc management reports
• Follow up and implement training plan, administer training subsidy applications, training course enrolment & logistics and maintain staff training records
• Participate in ad hoc HR project from time to time

Candidates are expected to possess:

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline, with HR relevant training a plus
• At least 2 years’ HR experience, preferably from financial institutions or customer service industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build good relationship with different stakeholders
• Self-motivated and creative, attentive to details with high accuracy
• A good team player and able to work under pressure
• Knowledge in Employment Ordinance and related regulations & guidelines
• Strong PC skills, skillful in using Word, Excel & PowerPoint a must
• Proficiency in written and spoken Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) and English

Candidate with more experience will be considered as Associate.
