Responsibilities:

• Perform all rounded human resources function including but not limited to recruitment and selection, payroll, MPF, Medical Scheme, Employee Insurance, compensation and benefits and etc.
• Handle daily attendance record and leave record management.
• Involved in performance management and employee relations.
• Prepare monthly and ad hoc human resources reports.

Requirements 

• Degree Holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline.
• At least 5 years relevant experience in handling all rounded Human Resources functions 
• Working experience in finance industry is a plus. 
• Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin.
• Proficient in PC knowledge and familiar with MS Office applications as well as Chinese Word Processing
• Immediate available is preferred.
