Job Description
Role:
- To work closely with other Operations Project Team members, IT and end users to develop and deliver system solutions
- To gather user requirements for projects ranging from operation improvements, product launch or system enhancements
- To chair and facilitate requirement design meetings including brainstorming, decision making and issue resolution
- To communicate regularly to all project stakeholders
- To provide support to the Project Manager in planning, managing, and monitoring major projects from Analysis through Implementation
- To prepare presentation materials for Senior Stakeholders and Steering Committee meetings
- Ad hoc assignments
Requirements:
- University graduate, preferably in Business, Finance, or IT
- 3-5 years relevant experience as Analyst in Project Management teams
- Good analytical skill and communication skills
- Good MS office skills, especially MS Excel and MS Project
- Good time management. Able to manage multiple tasks at the same time
- A good team player and customer focused. Able to maintain good relationship with IT and Operations users
- Broad knowledge of financial services &/or Insurance industry desirable.
