• To work closely with other Operations Project Team members, IT and end users to develop and deliver system solutions
  
• To gather user requirements for projects ranging from operation improvements, product launch or system enhancements 
• To chair and facilitate requirement design meetings including brainstorming, decision making and issue resolution
• To communicate regularly to all project stakeholders
• To provide support to the Project Manager in planning, managing, and monitoring major projects from Analysis through Implementation
• To prepare presentation materials for Senior Stakeholders and Steering Committee meetings
• Ad hoc assignments

Requirements:

• University graduate, preferably in Business, Finance, or IT
• 3-5 years relevant experience as Analyst in Project Management teams
• Good analytical skill and communication skills
• Good MS office skills, especially MS Excel and MS Project
• Good time management. Able to manage multiple tasks at the same time
• A good team player and customer focused. Able to maintain good  relationship with  IT and Operations users
• Broad knowledge of financial services &/or Insurance industry desirable.
