Job Description
Responsibilities
- To provide support of company secretary issues for group companies.
- To provide general secretarial and administrative support to ensure smooth operation.
- Handling of Recruitment, Payroll & MPF, Employer Return, maintenance of staff attendance & leave records.
- Conduct all types of insurance review & policy renewal.
- Assist and organize company events & activities.
- Perform ad-hoc duties as required.
Requirements:
- Diploma holder in Business Administration
- 1-3 years relevant working experience
- Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
- Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Proficient in using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
- Knowledge of Accounting and/or Project costing is preferable
- Immediate availability is highly preferred
- Applicant with more working experience will be considered as Officer
