Job Description

Responsibilities

  • To provide support of company secretary issues for group companies.
  • To provide general secretarial and administrative support to ensure smooth operation.
  • Handling of Recruitment, Payroll & MPF, Employer Return, maintenance of staff attendance & leave records.
  • Conduct all types of insurance review & policy renewal.
  • Assist and organize company events & activities.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as required.

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma holder in Business Administration
  • 1-3 years relevant working experience
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Proficient in using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
  • Knowledge of Accounting and/or Project costing is preferable
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred
  • Applicant with more working experience will be considered as Officer
