Job Responsibilities  

• Provide professional advice and support to senior management for implementing HR strategies and policies
• Partner with our service line directors and managers to support our business plans and strategies in the region
• Act as a business partner to provide HR advisory services and support to business managers
• Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions, with main focus on recruitment and talent management
• Compile periodic HR reports and data consolidation
• Participate in HR related projects as assigned

Job Requirements

• Degree holder in any discipline from recognized institution
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience in all rounded HR Generalist role
• Hands-on experience in HR project management is a definite advantage
• Well organized, self-motivated and good interpersonal skill
• Detail-oriented, mature and able to work independently
• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
