Responsibilities:

• Responsible for full spectrum of human resources duties but not limit to recruitment & selection, compensation & benefits, performance management, employee relation, monthly payroll calculations, MPF contribution, tax filing, staff records maintenance, leave record update and liaising with insurance vendors;
• Assist to review, formulate and implement company policies & procedures from the view of both human resources and administration in compliance with related legal regulatory such as Labour Ordinance, MPF Ordinance and Inland Revenue Ordinance;
• Prepare and update various human resources related reports for management review;
• Drive HR projects
• Provide supports and participate in ad-hoc projects

Requirements

• Diplomas or Degree holder in Human Resources Management of related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years solid experience in all rounded HR experiences
• Excellent excel skills and in-depth knowledge of HK employee ordinance
• Adaptation to fast-pace and fast-changing working culture, detail-minded with strong problem-solving skills;
• Fluency in both spoken and written English and Chinese / Cantonese
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
