Job Description

Responsibilities:

Assist Sales Manager/Supervisor in daily working.
Assist in trading business executions.
Assist in issuing and filing trading business documents.
Prepare sales reports and statistics.
Ad-hoc duties as required.

Requirements:

Higher Diploma or above
1) Min. 2 years relevant experience in international trading coordination or
2) min. 2 years relevant experience in accountant / statistics (Proficiency in contract and related documents under Letter of Credit).
Independence, responsibility, mature and hard working
Fluent of spoken English and Mandarin.
Excellent of written English and Chinese (Simplified Chinese is preferred)
Well-versed in MS Office applications & IT knowledge is a must
Relevant experience in accountant / statistics is an advantage
Immediately available is an advantage
