Job Responsibilities :

• Manage daily operations for MIS administration & security, Firewall, help-desk, installations for Windows, MS Office, Anti-Virus and software applications supports.
• Knowledge of setting secured Lotus Domino eMail Servers, File Servers, Web Servers, Database Servers, DNS, FTP, on both Windows & Linux platforms.
• Knowledge of Lotus Domino, Push Mail, VPN, Firewall, Video Conference, VoIP, Anti-Spam, Anti-Virus, Web-Programming & Development, and Office Automation.
• Knowledge of ERP, BI, CRM, KM, etc. preferable.
• Basic knowledge of web-programming language of PHP, JPS, and database such as MySQL, MSSQL would be an advantage.
• Provide strategic planning and implementation of new technologies in order to meet the company’s objectives and support strategic business plans and assist in managing change and implement and communicate effectively.
• Lead the IT staff throughout the firm including employee (hiring, performance reviews, team building, training, mentoring) and financial management (budgets and contracts).
• Develop and maintain an enterprise architecture that provides for a fully integrated suite of applications and data at the conceptual, logical and physical levels and allows for alignment of business needs, information, processes, security and infrastructure.
• Ensure the IT infrastructure is secure and protected and there is an approved and operational plan for disaster recovery and business continuity.
• Remain available to the department on a 24/7 basis and ensure the provision of user support outside of regular business hours by the department.
  

Job Requirements :

• Degree holder in computer science or other related subjects.
• Hands on for Servers & PC Networking support, Servers set up for DB, Security, networking, email servers and MIS technical / applications related issues supporting.
• Minimum five years experience (depending on position applied) in progressive Information Technology management positions; ideally, experience in managing the IT department of an export/import company or a manufacturing company or related organization.
• Excellent relationship building, communication and presentation skills with the ability to present and translate IT information to management in relevant business terms.
• Demonstrated ability to lead with integrity, promote teamwork.
• Project management, prioritization and organizational skills in order to implement initiatives and manage a high volume of activity in an environment with shifting demands. 
• Have formulated budget, human power plan, and other planning and strategy.
• Have worked for software developments, infrastructure, and system administration.
