Appointed by the most highly regarded global asset management with total AUM USD 550 billion and offering diverse traditional and alternative investment strategies for institutional, sovereign and UHN clients to search for an experienced regional investment operations, MO and project management candidates to be part of the AP Change Team.

Job Scope:

• Accountable for initiating, planning and overseeing the investment operational transformation and change related initiatives across AP region
• Represent investment operations to work with internal counterparts including legal & compliance; IT; front office and external vendors including fund administrator/custodian and brokers to drive operational changes
• Key stakeholder to optimize operational efficiency/digitalization of the entire operations life cycle events and ensure fulfilment of regulatory and corporate governance by working closely with Head office and US counterparts

Requirements:

• Well qualified graduate
• 6 years’+ investment operations, middle office and project management experience ideally earned from international asset management or custodian firms
• Relevant experience in driving transformation and managing digitalization & outsourcing projects
• Understanding of asset management business/end to end fund life cycle operation is essential
• Knowledge of derivatives, fixed income, equities and multi-asset classes of investment products is a definite advantage
• Proactive team player with good business acumen
• Adaptive to working in a highly dynamic int’l working environment
• Excellent presentation and communication skill in English
