Responsibilities:

-         Supervise and monitor Nominee Services, Stock Reconciliation, IPO and Placement

-         Liaise with brokers, in-house counterparties to follow up any settlement related issues and enquiries

-         Provide assistance to Department Head to develop and implement workflow procedure and guidelines, new products and services related to Settlement functions and business

-         Participate in system development projects include UAT, system migration and ad-hoc project.

-         Handle ad hoc duties as assigned by department head or management

Requirements:

-         Degree holder in Finance or Economics or business related disciplines

-         At least 3 to 5 years experience in handling corporate action of local/overseas equities or settlement with solid supervisory experience

-         Experience on Fixed Income Products and Structure Products

-         Familiar with Euroclear Operations

-         Knowledge of US Qualified Intermediary will be an advantage

-         Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese

-         Well-versed in computer applications, e.g. Word, Excel

-         Good communication and interpersonal skills
