RESPONSIBILITIES

• Developing HNW customer base and establishing long term relationships with an assigned Mainland HNW clientele portfolio
• Managing the total wealth of your clients by matching our financial and investment product solutions to their financial needs
• Work closely with Branch Managers to review and identify potential business opportunities
• Guide and supervise good practices and maintain sales staff's regulated sales compliance
• Monitor and control the activities in order to achieve the team business targets
• Provide timely market updates
• Ensure all staff is compliance to internal guidelines

QUALIFICATIONS

• At least 3 year of retail banking investment & insurance sales experiences
• Degree Holder
• In-depth knowledge of I & I products as well as distribution and promotion.
• Good leadership, communication and selling skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
