Job duties:

-              Execution of corporate finance transactions for listed and private companies

-              Drafting statutory announcements, circulars and prospectus

-              Assessing potential deals, preparing pitch books and conducting financial due diligence

Requirements:

-              University degree and preferably an accounting or legal qualification or MBA

-              1- 2 years' relevant working experience, preferably having experience in IPO, M&A or working                              with listed companies or reputable audit firm

-              Strong analytical and report writing ability

-              Willing to travel and work under pressure

-              Excellent command of written and spoken English and Putonghua

-              Fresh graduate will also be considered
