Job Description
Main Responsibilities
You will support the Finance Team in daily operations.
- Process invoices and payments (HSBCnet), journal entries, data input, issue sales invoices and accounts reconciliations
- Assist Accountant in the preparation of monthly accounts, budget and forecast
- Assist in ad hoc projects as required
Requirements
- Diploma holder with minimum 3 years of relevant experience in preparing accounting entries, accounts payable and accounts receivable
- LCCI level 2 or above
- Proficient in MS Office (Microsoft Word and Excel)
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
- Attentive to details and willing to learn
- Able to work well in a team environment
