Responsibilities:

• Responsible for support of all-rounded human resources functions including recruitment & selection, compensation & benefits, tax issues, and employee relations etc.
• Formulate and update HR policies and procedures from time to time in compliance with appropriate Ordinance;
• Prepare analysis reports and assist in formulating annual department plan and budget plan
• Prepare and consolidate various HR reports for management, co-ordinate regular and ad-hoc reports for Head Office in PRC
• Assist in HR annual processes such as salary review, bonus schemes, and other reward related activities
• Maintain staff record, update HR system and prepare various kind of HR reports;
• Participate ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
• Minimum 4-5 years' human resources experience in financial and banking industry ;
• Experience in PRC background company is an advantage ;
• Well-versed knowledge in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and related legislations;
• Self-motivated, meticulous, creative, good analytical thinking and good numeric sense
• Excellent writing skills in Chinese and English and good spoken in Putonghua is a must
• Proficient in PC applications including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Less experience will consider as Human Resources Officer.
