Job Description 

• Responsible for handling daily routines of back office functions, account management and control, account documentation review, customer and account statistic data mainenance, loan transactions, treasury and fx/financial market deals, outward and inward remittance, issuance of cashers' orders and bank guarantee
• Generate daily return report to HKICL for IVS/MRCS/DDAE, prepare reports for management and regulator
• perform regualr tests and handle ad-hoc/ special projects assigned
• Candidates with less experiences will be considered as Ass Officer post
• Immediate candidate is an advantage

 Job Requirements 

 - tertiary education with major in banking or finance

- Minimum 5 years of solid experience in Operation settlement in related areas, preferably with corporate bank experience , either FX Settlement/Remittance /Loan Admin/ Customer Service/ Account Opening 

-Strong in PC skills

- Well-organised, detail-oriented, able to work independently and under pressure

- Good communication skills and with fluency in English, Mandarin is prefered
