Job Description
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Maintain internal records as good reference upon receipt of payments
- Prepare regular reports for statistical and accounting purpose
- Participate in projects or system enhancement as assigned by supervisor and assist in conducting UAT tests
- Support maintenance of Credit Bureau Agency Update Requests and handle relevant inquiries
- Handle inquiries from internal parties on loan processing related matters
- Perform loan document maintenance in accordance with the Group data retention policy and maintain filing system
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration / Finance / Statistics / Mathematics / Risk Management or related discipline
- At least 1 year relevant working experience. Fresh graduate will also be considered
- Good numerical skill,
attention to details and strong sense of responsibility
- Good team player, willing to accept new ideas and change
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel. Knowledge of Excel VBA, SQL is an advantage
- Good command of English and Chinese
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Officer
