On behalf of our client, a leading bank in Hong Kong. We are inviting applications for the position of Section Head, Product Management (Secured Lending). 

You will be responsible for formulating products and marketing strategies of all SECURED LENDING products including SME lending, mortgage, merchant acquiring as well as driving new products development 

Responsibilities:

• Meet preset business budget  
• Develop marketing initiatives  
• Plan and formulate marketing programs and develop action plans  
• Execute marketing programs  
• Coordinate and co-operate with different internal channels  
• Regular review of business momentum and status of the programs
• suggest improvement action items
• streamline operating procedures and improve sales process
• New products development 

Requirements

• Degree holder  
• Minimum 8 years experience, preferably in retail banking or SME marketing
• Strong people management skill
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
