Responsibilities:
- Assist Business Strategy Manager to achieve responsible tasks
- Work closely with IT and Business Managers for Omni Channel /e-Banking development initiatives
- Analyse users initiatives and recommend best practice solutions to achieve excellent customer experience
- Prepare documentation on user requirements, operating procedures and operating guideline
- Develop the user acceptance test plan and test details and carry out the user acceptance test
- Conduct feasibility studies, industry benchmarking whenever necessary
Requirements:
- Degree holder or above with major in Business Administration, e-Commerce, Information Technology or related disciplines
- At least 1 year of experience in banking industry and e-banking development areas with exposure to Personal & Corporate Banking of Internet and Mobile Banking channels is highly desirable
- Be a good team player and self-motivated with strong analytical mindset
- Great Chinese and English writing skills
- Proficient in both spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
