Job Description

• Responsible for promoting quality achievement and performance improvement throughout the Group.
• Responsible for setting up QA Compliance objectives and to ensure that targets are achieved.
• Joining strength and knowledge with company partners and resources to constantly improve and update current company quality assurance system.
• Setting up and maintaining controls and documentation procedures;
• Defining quality procedures in conjunction with operating staff;
• Writing technical and management systems reports;
• Ensuring tests and procedures are properly understood, carried out and evaluated and that product modifications are investigated if necessary.
• Fully responsible for the implementation of quality control system in the factory.
• Ensuring factory producing products should meet customer’s requirement which meets with national and international standards and legislations;
• Assessing the product specifications of the Company and its suppliers, and comparing with customer requirements, and establishing clearly defined quality methods for staff to apply;
• Working with Purchasing staff to establish quality requirements for external suppliers;
• Liaising with customers' auditors and ensuring the execution of corrective action and compliance with customers' specifications;

Requirements

• Degree / Tertiary education / Higher Diploma holder  preferably in Clothing/Textiles/Quality Management or related disciplines
• Minimum 8 years solid experience in garment QA/QC field with 6-8 years at managerial level
• Proficient spoken & written English & Mandarin is a MUST;
• Stable, responsive, committed, mature and able to work under pressure
• Strong leadership with Good management skills and able to communicate & coordinate with both internal and external parties.
• Good organizational skills and analytical ability
• Good PC knowledge
