Responsibilities: 

• Responsible for the day-to-day operations and settlement process
• Responsible for all matters related to transactions settlement in particular adjustment requests by member banks, merchants and services partners
• Handle enquiries from member banks, merchants and service partners
• Handle ATM card captured by member banks and service partners
• Ensure reconciliation files are delivered accurately and timely
• Provide monthly adjustment files to internal department
• Assist in the UAT for system enhancement
• Handle correspondence and general clerical duties
• Obtain and review documentations for external service providers
• Perform any other duties as assigned by superior from time to time

Qualifications: 

• Possesses Diploma or above with at least 2 years’ working experience
• Detail-minded with good communication skills
• Able to work under pressure, hardworking, self-initiative and responsible
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese, Mandarin is an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
