Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing and monitoring the operations of the Remittance Centre which covers inward & outward remittance
• Handle and respond to inquiry from correspondence bank by collecting accurate information from clients
• Perform in pre-checking of AML issues on daily transaction, responsible for authorization and override
• Review the workflow, procedures & systems to enhance smooth operation
• Ensure all staff of the Centre to fully comply with the rules and regulations (i.e. anti-money laundering and anti-terrorist financing activities)
• Liaise with various departments and branches in providing smooth remittance services

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above
• 8 years or above banking experience in Remittance
• Independent and attention to details
• Good in English, Mandarin & Cantonese
