Responsibilities

• Formulate marketing strategies to drive business and revenue growth of the credit card business
• Develop card value proposition and new card features to increase card usage, market awareness and customer loyalty
• Manage marketing and reward programs cost budget to balance and control profitability
• Maintain close liaison with card association partners to provide customized business and growth support
• Drive and coach team subordinates to achieve business targets and deliver outstanding performance

Requirements

• Degree holder with 12 to 15 years’ experience in credit card business with managerial exposure
• Solid background in card product management, marketing, , business analysis and partnership management
• Strong leadership and communication skills, result oriented with good business acumen and analytical skills
• Proficient in English and Chinese
