Responsibilities:

• Prepare valuation, trade instruction and settlement, position reconciliation, corporate actions, fund expense payment processing and cash management, etc.;  
• Communicate all settlement information to the custodian and broker;
• Assist in coordinating with IT team and vendor for system UAT;
• Assist in handling account opening and KYC check;
• Assist in liaising with the legal advisors, consultants, custodians, brokers, banks, auditors and any other professional service providers.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Business or related discipline;
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in fund operations and administration;
• Product knowledge – Equities, Bonds and Fund;
• Strong PC skills, specifically Excel skills (Advanced + VBA);
• Self-motivated, mature, patient and to be a good team player with strong common sense and able to work under pressure;
• Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese & English;
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Officer.
