OBJECTIVES:

As a brand owner to be reponsible for the assigned products. This role is in charge of all marketing functions from ATL to BTL, from planning to executions, and needs to maximize MAP budget to achieve business objectives. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Manage product portfolio to contribute to brand development
- Responsible for develop marketing strategies and programs with execution, to drive sales and offtake
- Contribute to both local adaptation and local initiatives of advertising creative materials; analyze media recommendations
- Implement promotions and ensure implementation of trade marketing plans
- Provide support to the sales team, including developing sales materials, updating competitors' activities, sharing research findings and coordinating events for customers and KOL
- Analyse data on product segment/category to evaluate the market trend and consumer behavior
- Track purchase orders in MAP budget
- Work closely with cross functional teams and external agencies to ensure excellent execution of marketing initiatives and deliver business goals. 

EDUCATION:

University graduate (preferrably in Marketing, Business)

EXPERIENCE:

- 4 to 5 years of marketing experience (preferrably in FMCG or health care industries)
- Experience in monitoring and implementing CRM is bonus
