Key Responsibilities:

• Report to Head of Product and assist team head to contribute to the assessment, product development and definition of new product ideas, existing product enhancements and capability gaps;
• Assist team head to maintain existing products and resolve any post-launch issues;
• Understand market needs and investment trends and contribute to the positioning of our investment products, strategies and solutions against competitors;
• Prepare presentation material, investment strategy content and conduct detailed market research or analysis to support the design of new fund products / other new business cases;
• Serve as a product expert to handling our client servicing enquires e.g. institutional, corporates and HNW investors, due to the performance issues, investment solution, assets size, fee schedule, fund structure and conduct the business opportunity assessment;
• Work closely with other product specialists, institutional sales, PMs, investment operations, legal and compliance, risk teams and Headquarter to provide product advisory services to our clients and facilitate client relationship; Ensure all activities meet the regulatory compliance regulations and market practice;
• Assist in clients on boarding process and complete due diligence questionnaires;
• Able to work independently on ad hoc projects when required.

Skills and Requirements:

• Degree holders or above, preferably in Finance, Economics, Statistics or related majors;
• 1-3 years of relevant work experience in client service or research / analysis role from financial institutions, preferably asset management companies;
• Understand of cross border fund scheme and investment tools;
• Ability to drive ideas from concept to completion through efficient project management
• Highly motivated, creative and enthusiastic team player, able to work with others in a fast paced, dynamic environment;
• Must be detail oriented and have strong organizational and project management skills, including ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple projects under tight time constraints;
• Fluent in both English and Chinese, both spoken and written;
• IANG with relevant experience are welcome to apply;
• Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply.
