Responsibilities

• Assist the Contracts Manager in all QS work from pre-contract to post-contract works;

• Assist in project tendering, sub-contractor assignment, contract drafting, contract negotiation and relevant administration;

• Financial monitoring and associated reporting;

• Liaison with client for payment/variation order and the relevant administration;

• Develop and implement procedures for contract review and approval;

• Interface with internal and external parties on a day-to-day basis regarding contract-related matters.

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above in Quantity Surveying or equivalent;

• Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience; working in consultant / property developer will be an advantage;

• Familiar with various consultancy agreement formats, and relevant contractual process;

• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;

• Proficiency in MS Office including WORD, EXCEL and PowerPoint;

• More experience will be considered for the post of Quantity Surveyor;

• Immediate available is preferred.
