Responsibilities:

• Provide full range of executive and secretarial supports to the Project Director
• Prepare various correspondence, reports, proposals, minutes and presentation materials
• Ad hoc projects as assigned by supervisor or representatives

Requirements:

• Diploma or above graduate preferred
• Minimum 6-8 years solid experience serving senior management
• Working experience in construction work
• Ability to support multiple tasks at the same time
• High sense of responsibility, able to work under pressure and overtime
• Mature, organized, self-motivated, fast learner and detail oriented
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent command of written and spoken English & Chinese including Putonghua
• Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing, Power-point, MS Project and MS outlook
• May require to station on site.
