                  2. Project Co-ordinator x 1 (Ref: MHT-PC-16022202)

Responsibilities：

• Project management, tender preparation, order follow-up, project administrative works, especially in field of civil/building construction
• cost control, resources planning and site supervision
• Multi-tasking, project meetings, HES managements and project documentations
• Strong problem solving and analytical ability
• Monitor the overall financial, commercial and contractual aspects of projects to safeguard the company’s interest

Requirements：

• U-graduate in civil construction with 8 year's relevant experience with TCP-T4 qualification
• Proactive, well-organized, independent and able to work under pressure
• Excellent project management, interpersonal, communication skills  and good technical knowledge
• Good PC knowledge in MS Office, fluent in ACAD will have preference.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Less experience will be considered as Project Engineer or Project Co-ordinator
