Responsibilities:

• Prepare tender document submission, specification, quotation, and sales & technical proposals
• Coordinate with sub-contractors & vendors according to project development
• Attend site meeting, liaise with sub-contractors or clients
• Responsible for site supervision, quality control and follow-up on defect rectification.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

Requirements:

• At least 2 years or above in related Building / Construction field
• Certificate in Building / Construction or related & experience in block wall system is an advantage
• Able to handle full set of construction documentation and details independently;
• Knowledge of CAD / Photoshop is an advantage
• Familiar with MS Office (MS Word & Excel) 
• Be adaptable and able to work independently and have strong organization and good interpersonal, communication skills and supervisory skills of technical / site staff; and
• Self-motivated, flexible, aggressive, proactive and able to meet tight deadline
• Good command in both written & spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua and Cantonese);
