Responsibilities:

•  Facilitate the implementation and support of business applications
• Perform functional, process and integration testing
• Provide support on system configuration, implementations, and upgrades
• Perform data migration and/or data integration among variety of systems
• Ensure on-going operations and maintenance of all business applications
• Provide input to business operating procedures, training materials based on incident management
• Work with users to understand business requirements and conduct gap analysis
• Analyse and document business requirements
• Identify, structure and solve problems
• Provide end user support on business applications
• Document, file and manage IT related contracts, licenses, records, etc...
• Draft & update IT documentation
• Perform ad hoc project assigned
• Assist in other IT operational tasks as required

Requirements:

•  Diploma or Degree in business related discipline or MIS
• Able to manage several projects and tasks simultaneously
• Solid problem-solving and business acumen skills
• A good team player with organized, presentable, self-motivated characteristics
• Communicate effectively in all mediums and to all levels within the organization
• Ability to conduct organized and proper documentation
• Responsible, willing to work overtime and under pressure
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Cantonese
• Fresh graduates with good potential are welcome
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Business Analyst
