Job Description
Responsibilities:
- To assist Project Manager in project implementation, documentation and works coordination
- To control and supervise overall site activities and liaise with client's representatives, consultants and subcontractors
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above in Building Studies or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years' post experience in building maintenance
- Qualified for TCP T3
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficient with MS Office, MS Project
- Able to work independently and under pressure
- Immediately available is preferred
