Responsibilities

• To conduct feasibility study including cost estimation to revamp of retail properties in different scales
• To assist in design of alternation of E&M systems
• To ensure works comply with statutory regulations
• To conduct site inspection and monitor work to schedule and quality
• To prepare defect list and monitor rectification work

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Building Services, Project Management or related disciplines
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in repair & maintenance or project management
• Knowledge in statutory requirement and submission is a must
• Experience in handling large renovation work will be an advantage.
• Self-driven, customer-oriented, good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good command of English and Chinese
