Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Plan and allocate project’s manpower and resources
- Monitor overall financial, commercial and technical matters for all projects
- Maintain daily project and site operation
- Tackle technical and design issues on site
- Maintain good relationships with clients, architects, developers, and consultants
- Attend design coordination meetings and site meetings
- Visit factory production progress in Mainland China
- Supervise and monitor subcontractors
- Report on project progress daily and weekly
- Handle any emergencies on site
- Handle ad hoc events
Requirements:
- Degree or Higher Diploma holder in Building Studies or related discipline
- At least 5-10 years’ experience in building construction
- 3 years or above experience in facade is highly preferred
- Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese
- Self-motivated, self-disciplined, independent and responsible
- Possess Strong problem solving and analytical, negotiation and crisis management ability
