Job Description
Responsibilities
- Assist in tendering, contract administration and variations costing, claims assessment.Responsible for project budgeting and cost control.
- Coordinate with the Project team for project budgeting.
- Liaise with subcontractors with regards to contractual matters.
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by the Operation Manager/ Quantity Surveyor.
Requirements
- Holder of Degree or Higher Diploma in Quantity Surveying;
- At least 2 years QS experience;
- Be adaptable, independent and able to work under pressure;
- Familiar with AutoCAD
- Possess strong interpersonal, communication, supervisory and negotiation skills;
- Good command of written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
- Immediate available is preferrable
