AREA-17 is an Architecture & Interior Design firm. We specialize in retail brands, commercial, residential and hospitality projects. We are now seeking high caliber candidates for our Hong Kong studio: 

Assistant Interior Project Manager 

Job Duties: 

• To provide creative and technical solutions to our project
• Follow up projects, with clients, supplier, contractors, designers
• Check all the drawings in detail and modify defects accurately
• Site visit and follow up the progress of project
• Handle full spectrum of documentations, records, email correspondences among clients and contractors precisely
• Report project status to management and related parties
• Check quotations, and timeline prepare analyses
• To handle full set of drawings and presentation
• To be able to manage the client independently

Requirements: 

• A minimum of 4 years solid experience in decoration and fitting-out projects
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Photoshop
• Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese
• A good team player with positive and proactive attitude
• Self-motivated, well organized and hardworking
• Able to work independently under tight schedule and pressure 

Goals: 

• To be able to manage the client independently
• To become an Interior Project Manager
