Our client is one of the best workplace solution company worldwide. They are looking for a retail business development manager to lead the sales team and manage the channels. Most importantly to explore and develop their e-commerce business.

Responsibilities

• Directly report to the Commercial Director
• Increase sales volume through retails stores, dealers and online platform
• Lead and motivate the frontline sales team to achieve sales target; ensure store operation is well performed
• Optimize stock program, improve logistical support for customers, and meet retailers’ needs
• Formulate and implement online sales and marketing strategy, especially e-commerce in planning, development, operation and growth
• Analyze online customers behavior, conversion rates and customer journeys, funnel analysis and customer segments.
• Enhance customer experience in all channels

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or Degree Holder with around 5 years retail sales operation experience
• Experience in implementing and operating Shopify or e-Commerce platforms
• Fast paced, proactive, multi-tasking and result oriented
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Furniture knowledge would be an advantage
